It looks like Lauren and I are buying our first house! We've been talking about it for a couple months and looking a for a few weeks. We found this great little house and today we put in a bid for it and it was accepted by the seller. That means that as long as all the inspections and legal "mumbo-jumbo" works out, we will close at the end of this month and move in on July! The house is in Rockfish which is about 15 minutes west of where we live now. The neighborhood is in a semi-rural area but the area is growing rapidly with new construction. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a formal dining room and a fireplace. It is on a large lot and it seems to be a nice quiet neighborhood. My favorite feature is the built-in brick grill on the patio. It's grillin' time baby!We are very excited on this big move. We'll keep you updated.

PS. Out new kitten's name is Tiger-Lilly, but she prefers just to go by Lilly. He and Spot are getting along just fine now.
