Bath Time!

I am happy to say that Aaron really likes taking a bath, and it seems to put him in the right mood for bedtime. So, he's takinga bath pretty much every night these days. And he's so darn cute in the tub, I love it too! We went for his one month check-up today at the pediatrician. He weighs 13 lbs.11 oz. and is 24" long. He is in the 95th percentile for his size at this age. Now that's what a healthy breastfed baby looks like! On a side note, did you hear that PETA asked Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream to make their frozen treat using human milk? It's true. I had been trying to think of some sort of a home-based business anyway...

Hunting for Milk

This is Aaron's first hunting outfit from Cabella's. He pretty much goes "hunting" every 2 hours, or less. He has slept for a solid four hour block for the past couple of nights, so that is progress. Although I don't rejoice in waking up 4 times a night to nurse, I must admit that it is a special time between the two of us. I remind myself that he will only be this small for a short time. He is nearly out of his 0-3 month clothes already. I feel like I fall more in love with him each day. His first regular doctor appointment is Wednesday. I'm guessing that he'll weigh in at around 13 lbs. He's our little chunky monkey!

One Month

Here is our little man at one month old. He is doing well. He is sleeping a little more through the nights and is starting to follow objects with this eyes. Wouldn't that be cool if we could remember the moment that we realized that we live in a 3D world! That's what we called in Moore Hall, a paradigm shift.

Hand Wash Only

Thursday night was our first bath time with Aaron. He didn't mind the water at all. He said it reminded him of this place where he used to hang out.

Does he look like he's having fun or what!

There ain't nothing as cute as a clean baby.
